Cancellation/Pre-payment
Cancellation and payment policies vary according to the chosen rate.

Children’s policy
-Children 12 years and older are considered as adults in terms of occupancy.

Cots and extra beds policy
-Cots are available from 0-2 years of age subject to availability.
-Extra beds are available upon availability from 3 years old (20€ per night). Supplements are not calculated automatically and have to be paid directly at the hotel unless the room chosen is already for 3 persons.

Age restriction
-The minimum age to stay is 18 years old.

Pets
-Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

An outdoor pool is available from March/April through September/October aprox. (weather permitting), open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Exclusive access for hotel guests.
The hotel also features the Blanc&Negre Restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant hours are 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for lunch and 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for dinner. Please inquire for private room pricing.

VAT

Prices include VAT.

CITY TAX

The city tax from 01st April 2026 the city tax of €0.90 + 10% VAT per person per night will be paid directly to the hotel.  (https://atc.gencat.cat/web/.content/atc_tributs/ieet/documents/IEET-info-rates-en.pdf).

For reservations of more than 5 rooms, the hotel may request additional fees and a different cancellation and payment policy.

Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be requested upon arrival for guests under 25 years of age. It will be paid by credit card. It will be refunded after check-out in the evening. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card after the accommodation has been checked.
