PET POLICY
Reservations: Only one pet is allowed in each reserved room. All pets must be accompanied by their owners; therefore, rooms cannot be reserved exclusively for pets. Furthermore, the size (maximum 20 kg) and breed of the pet must be informed before arrival.
Required documentation and health requirements: The pet must be vaccinated, dewormed, and in good health. The hotel may request vaccination records during check-in and reserves the right to refuse admission if any of the factors indicated above are not met.
Financial conditions: The cost per night per pet is €15.00 (VAT included). Upon check-in, we will require a €100 deposit to cover possible damages. If any item in the room is damaged at the end of your stay, the hotel will keep the full amount of the deposit. If the costs exceed €100, you will be required to pay the difference.
Constant supervision: Pets must be always supervised, whether in common areas or inside the room. If they must be left alone, they may only be kept in the room for a short time and must be in their carrier.
Use of a leash: In all areas of the hotel, except inside the room, pets must be kept on a leash and, if necessary, muzzled.
Access to common areas: Pets are only allowed in designated areas. Access to the dining rooms and pool is prohibited.
Hygiene and cleanliness: Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in the hotel’s common areas (gardens, terrace, parking, etc.). Owners are responsible for keeping the room clean and always picking up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on the bed or using hotel towels. We also ask that pets not be kept in the room during the hotel’s daily housekeeping service.
Avoiding Noise and Disturbances: Pets must be prevented from barking or making any noise that may disturb other guests or pets. In the event of continued noise or disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your stay.
Damages and Liability: Any damage caused by the dog to furniture, other guests, or other pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
