PET POLICY

Pet Policy: Hotel El Castell *** does not accept pets of any kind or size. This is a strict policy of the establishment; therefore, animals are not allowed in rooms or common areas for reasons of hygiene, allergies, or internal policies. Bringing a pet into the hotel/room will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and additional charges will be applied for deep cleaning of the room(s).

Access for Guide/Assistance Dogs: Only guide or assistance dogs are permitted (guide or assistance dogs are not considered pets or companion animals, but rather support dogs for people with disabilities, and their access is guaranteed by law). These dogs must be properly identified.

Damage and Liability: Any damage caused by a dog to hotel furniture or to other guests or their belongings will be the responsibility of the owner, as dogs are not allowed on the premises. The owner will be responsible for paying for the damage caused.
